Jawitz Properties, One of SA’s leading Real Estate Advertising agencies, has launched the first phase of its national TV advertising campaign to raise awareness of the brand and create lead generation through a short code sms campaign.
The 4, 15-seconder TV adverts, which were created by Ebony+Ivory and Breadbin Productions, will feature on a range of channels including Sky, Super Sport and Mnet, and will be supported by a wider integrated campaign including suburban signage and digital.
The creative builds on the brand’s “REAL about REAL ESTATE” slogan, which was first unveiled in May as part of a wider TV and below the line campaign. The 4 adverts are about ‘Bringing the REAL back into Real Estate’ the tone is clever, quirky and honest, harnessing on the internal values Jawitz Properties work so hard on maintaining and resonate with both staff and customers.
While the adverts are cheeky and honest, it reminds viewers that Jawitz Properties are all about the transparency of their brand and the strong desire to bring honest selling back to the market. With the stress of selling or buying a home, customers are offered peace of mind and honest transactions, allowing them one less thing to worry about.
Although Jawitz Properties hasn’t been on TV before we believe that this campaign direction will create brand awareness with a smile allowing potential clients to SMS the short code and be contacted within 24 hours. This campaign will allow us to continue into a phase 2 where we aim to bring the trust back into the property market and amplify the brand in consumers’ minds through a potential digital campaign.
