This is where the overarching brand strategy will take place. This is the ultimate departure point where a media neutral approach is taken. We conduct as much research as possible; complete a situational analysis, market and brand audits, trend identification, positioning map, competition analysis as well as stakeholder analysis.

We then write the communication strategy for the brand. We segment target markets and pre-set objectives that the campaign would need to achieve. Thereafter, we look at a number of strategies to see which would be the most beneficial to build your business and brand.

Now the ideation process starts – brainstorming and generation of creative ideas and concepts. The creative executions are built and formulated on the foundation of a solid strategy. Here all ideas are considered and the best solution for brand building and achieving of the objectives is then selected.

It is at this point where the various media channels are explored. All platforms are considered due to the media neutral approach taken in the strategy formulation. Once the media strategy is developed and channels are selected, our in-house media team begin the process of planning, negotiating and buying of the media which is best suited to your budget and achievement of campaign objectives. This point is vital as good media skills and contacts can mean a more successful campaign, added value and great return on investment (ROI) for clients.

The best strategy and creative work can fall flat when they are not correctly implemented. With our in-house production team, we are able to ensure quality control and a successful roll-out of all our campaigns. When we do implement any campaign, every step of the way is sense checked to see if all elements are in line with strategy and within brand corporate identity guidelines.

A sound post campaign analysis is vital, we evaluate and review the overall effectiveness of the campaign (measured against clients objectives).
