The Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC) entrusted Ebony+Ivory with a Human Capital campaign for the Presidential Infrastructure Coordinating Commission.
The brief called for our creatives to design an eye-stopping recruitment advert and for the media team to deliver it to relevant professionals through a targeted – but far reaching – media solution.
While the creative team took a bold brush and pumped colour into the artwork, the media strategy and planning team pushed reach with a smart newspaper-to-digital mix in collaboration with Sunday Times, Business Day, TimesLive and Financial Mail.
We couldn’t be prouder of this work as the campaign just won an Amara Award for Innovation and Multiplatform Media and was 1st Runner Up in the Public Sector category. Amara Awards are South Africa’s distinguished recruitment advertising awards that acknowledge excellent service in the industry.
